Absolutely. Most of my clients start with little or no lifting experience. Every program is scaled to your body, level and confidence so you progress safely and powerfully.

Yes — and the science is on your side. The Menopause Method™ is built specifically for hormonal shifts, joint health, recovery, and energy. Many women see their best body of their lives in this season.

3–4 sessions a week, around 45 minutes each. Programs are designed for busy women — moms, professionals, leaders — not gym fanatics.

Ideally yes for the strength programs, but home & hybrid options are available with adjustable equipment lists.

It's a coaching brand — not a template factory. You get a real woman, with real accountability, who walked the road and built the map. Strength + faith + sisterhood.
